You are responsible for activity performed through your account or API key.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using JumpWatch, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use JumpWatch for an organization, you represent that you can accept these Terms for that organization. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet any minimum age required where you live.
2. The service
JumpWatch helps users read and search available YouTube captions, create AI-assisted summaries and answers, save research, and call supported transcript tools from compatible MCP clients. Some features are local to the browser; others require an account, network connection, available captions, credits, or a paid plan.
Features described as beta, preview, coming soon, or experimental may change, be limited, or be withdrawn. A roadmap or preview is not a promise to ship a feature or keep a specific allowance, provider, model, or integration available.
3. Accounts and access
Some features require sign-in through a supported identity provider. Keep access to your identity-provider account, browser profile, and JumpWatch API keys secure. Do not share or publish an API key. You are responsible for requests made with your account or keys until you notify us of suspected misuse.
4. Your inputs, saved content, and instructions
You retain your rights in prompts, notes, collections, and other material you provide. You give JumpWatch a limited permission to host, copy, transmit, and process that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the features you choose. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for anything you submit or direct us to process.
Public YouTube videos, captions, and metadata remain subject to their owners' rights and YouTube's terms. JumpWatch does not grant you rights in third-party video content.
5. AI output and transcript limits
Captions may contain errors, omit context, or be unavailable. AI-generated summaries, answers, notes, and structured insights may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose. Verify important information against the original video and other reliable sources. Do not rely on JumpWatch as professional medical, legal, financial, safety, or other expert advice.
To the extent permitted by law, you may use generated output, but similar output may be produced for other users and the law may not recognize exclusive rights in AI-generated material.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use JumpWatch to:
- Break the law, violate another person's rights, or process content you are not allowed to use.
- Distribute malware, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or interfere with the service.
- Evade limits, credits, access controls, or safeguards, including by creating accounts or keys to avoid enforcement.
- Scrape, resell, or provide bulk access to the service except through an agreement that permits it.
- Use output to make high-impact decisions about a person without appropriate human review and lawful authority.
7. Third-party services
JumpWatch depends on services such as YouTube, identity providers, payment processors, analytics, infrastructure, and AI providers. A feature that hands content to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, or another named destination is also governed by that provider's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or policies.
8. Plans, credits, and payments
Current prices, included features, billing periods, and usage allowances appear at checkout or in the relevant product screen. Taxes and available payment methods may depend on your location and payment provider. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally refund the current period unless the checkout terms or applicable law require it. Credits and promotional allowances have no cash value and may expire or reset as shown.
9. JumpWatch property and feedback
JumpWatch and its software, design, trademarks, and documentation are owned by Vidline Inc. or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without an obligation to compensate you or keep it confidential.
10. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may change the service to improve it, respond to technical or legal requirements, or protect users. We may limit or suspend access when we reasonably believe an account violates these Terms, creates risk, has unpaid charges, or threatens the service. You may stop using JumpWatch at any time. Contact us for account deletion; the Privacy Policy explains scope and retention limits.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JumpWatch is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, caption availability, output accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vidline Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, use, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of JumpWatch. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remain unaffected.
12. Updates and contact
We may update these Terms as the product or law changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes may also be announced in the product or by email where appropriate. Questions can be sent to care@jumpwatch.cc.
