Transcript of Holy Sh*t Elon Musk's Roadster Reveal [Tesla SpaceX Stock]
Meet Kevin
0:00There it is. There's the flip0:04and the land. I mean, they did this now.0:06They did what, two or three jumps in0:08front of us and they stuck all of them.0:11I got to admit, man, that was very0:13impressive. Jumped the whole lineup of0:16production vehicles that are for sale.0:18Very, very impressive. 10 booster or0:23suction rockets depending on your0:25configuration. I mean, this is0:28phenomenal. What a cool demo. Production0:31starting in 2028. I mean, that could be0:33like the last day of 2028, but it's0:37still a time frame. It's basically enter0:40production 2 years from now. Now,0:43obviously, we've heard a lot of promises0:46about the Tesla Roadster and how it's0:48going to happen, what's going to happen,0:50when it's going to come. This has been0:51promised for 9 years now. But let's0:54break down what this was. What does this0:57mean for the stock? What does this mean0:58for the company? So, here's the scoop.1:01The Tesla Roadster event just happened.1:03The Tesla Roadster is 9 years late, and1:06by the time it enters production, it1:08will actually end up being 11 years1:10late. They started their live stream at1:1419551:15uh tonight, which is a reference to1:181955,1:20Back to the Future reference. No people1:22inside of the demo car, but basically1:26you've got these suction jets that can1:31or fans that can hold the vehicle so1:34that when it's upside down on a ramp, it1:36stays. Or if it's turning in a turn, it1:38could keep you without flipping as you1:41go too fast in a turn. Elon calls it not1:44necessarily the safest car, but the1:48funnest car.1:50Okay. They also argue this is going to1:52be the only vehicle that Tesla1:55manufactures that is designed to be1:57manually driven in the future. Now, keep2:00in mind they had to keep the audience so2:03far away from this vehicle because at2:06least for now, it is too loud and it2:09would damage your hearing if you got too2:12close to it. It's worth looking2:14specifically at the distance of the2:16stage from the event. Uh, and so we can2:19go through here just so you could kind2:21of see some of this on replay. This is2:23the stage. This is where the event is.2:26Uh, you know, they show some B-roll2:28footage of, uh, the this this Roadster2:31that's coming. Uh, they do a little bit2:32of talk. Uh, and then they want to show2:34off the actual event. Uh, and so this is2:37the moment where the vehicle, you can2:39see how far away even the cameras are.2:41Uh, as the vehicle suctions itself onto2:46this ramp and holds itself into2:48position, you can see the downforce on2:50the bottom left. 47002:52kg of downforce as the vehicle is2:55pitched 170° on its head. And did you3:00notice the little Easter egg there? 693:02ft in the air. You can see that there at3:04the bottom right corner. 69 ft in the3:07air is where it held itself at about3:104700 kg of downforce, which is3:13remarkable. And then of course, if we3:15fast forward a little bit, then we end3:16up getting the actual launch. The3:20landing looked a little bit like a hard3:21landing. Like if I were a pilot, I'd be3:23like, "Okay, yeah, that was dup. We kind3:26of dropped it right at the end there."3:28But that's a it landed. Like I don't3:30want to sound critical, but look how far3:32away from the audience, right? I mean,3:34this is designed to be far away from the3:35audience because it's so loud. This is3:38exactly what the information leaked to3:40us. They said, "Look, this is nobody's3:43going to be inside. It's going to be3:45remote controlled. It is not an3:46autonomous vehicle." Elon has given us a3:49lot of references about Back to the3:50Future, saying, you know, it's almost3:52time, beyond movies, beyond imagination,3:56timing is everything. These are all3:58quotes from Back to the Future. And4:01what's remarkable is the next Tesla, you4:03can see uh you know where how far away4:04the audience is. I mean, it's it's far.4:07Uh4:08you can see the audience lights are all4:11the way back. Uh here's the stage. The4:13stage is over there on the left. Uh you4:15can see that actually at another angle.4:17I'll pull up the other angle so you4:18could see that stage a little bit4:20better. But it's remarkable because I4:22don't know how they're going to end up4:23getting those boosters to not be that4:27loud. Uh, and so that's a little bit4:29problematic because I don't know how4:31we're going to enter into production4:32with this in 2028. Now, supposedly the4:36vehicle is actually able to, and we saw4:40the demo, if the timing is right, break4:430 to 60 in a second and then potentially4:46break all the way down to 81 seconds on4:50a 0 to 60 basis, which is remarkable.4:52Here is a better view of a parking lot4:56to where the ramp is. So, this is not4:59where the audience actually was5:01standing. So, this is more of a parking5:03lot and that's where they're going to5:04they jumped in. There you go. This gives5:06you a better view. Ah, okay. Yeah, there5:07you go. So, you can see over the parking5:09lot when they zoomed in. So, now you can5:10get a really good perspective for just5:12how far away that ramp actually was. So,5:16I don't know how in two years they're5:18going to make it so that these 105:20suctioning fans and jets, which5:22apparently can convert, you can move5:24them from uh what they're considering a5:26high suck positioning to basically a5:30high boost positioning, which is very5:32interesting. Elon had specific words for5:34it, but basically the idea is, hey, we5:37can suck you onto the ground when you're5:39going quickly in a turn. The Elon5:41literally says this car really sucks.5:44They call that uh a suck at low speed5:47mode or they can go into a high-speed5:50mode. So that's the high downforce mode.5:52And then they have a high-speed or low5:54drag mode. And that's where they5:56actually open up the front valves for5:58these fans and the rear to create even6:00more flow under the car. The engineers6:03said the max speed of this vehicle is6:05going to be around 230 mph. Elon Musk6:08said he wants to get it all the way up6:10to Mach.5, which was uh 382 mph. Not6:15sure that's going to happen, but sounds6:16really cool. So, their next stunt is6:18going to be to jump Snake River Canyon,6:21which apparently is an evil conval6:24reference. This vehicle gets you two G's6:27of force, 10 nozzles, 650 kg of advanced6:33high ultra highress air tanks instead of6:36two rear seats. you get highpress air6:37tanks and they can recharge after a6:40break, which is really interesting. Uh,6:44so the big thing here is nobody's going6:48to be able to actually get a delivery on6:50this, my guess, until 2029. They say6:52production 2028, but you know, we we6:55know how the time frames have6:56historically worked. They historically6:58haven't been, you know, very quick with7:00their time frames. We, you know, it's7:03been nine years delayed. Okay, this this7:05started when I had one child in 2021.7:08Elon, you know, it was promised to come7:09out in 2020. That was the first promised7:12delivery year. Then it got pushed back7:13because of COVID 12 to 18 months. It got7:16moved in 2021 to 23. In 23 it got moved7:19to 24. Then they said it was going to7:21ship in 25. In 25 they said they were7:24going to have the most epic demo ever at7:25the end of the year. Then they set a7:27demo for April Fools7:30of 2026,7:32which ended up being an April Fool. Then7:35March 17th, they said hopefully next7:37month, a next level banger. That ended7:39up, you know, we got told that the event7:42slipped by about a month on the April7:442026 earnings call. And then we were7:47supposed to have the October 1st show7:49that got scrubbed by two weeks due to7:51weather. So that's like eight delays,7:53right? So, I I'm not really optimistic7:56about that goal of 2028, but that's7:58their goal.8:00I don't see how they're going to get the8:01sound capable of not destroying your8:04eardrums. Maybe you have to wear like8:05headphones when you're in it, but it's8:08really cool. The vehicle looks great.8:10Let's go look at a zoomin uh demo of the8:14actual vehicle up close. Does have a8:17yoke. Remember, this Elon says is going8:19to be the only8:21uh manually driven vehicle that Tesla8:25manufactures in the future, which is8:28actually kind of exciting. Uh so, you8:32know, cuz if everything's autonomous,8:33you don't really have a fun vehicle8:35anymore, right? And as a jet pilot, I8:38will say it is really fun to take off in8:41a jet. I also have stalled jets. Uh, you8:45know, I've done my steep turns and jets.8:47I mean, anything you would need to do to8:48be a jet pilot, we've we've done. Uh,8:50rapid descents, you name it. It is8:52really fun. And so, I think for, you8:54know, an everyday person, if if we can8:56get our hands or even like drive this on8:58a track, you know, this would be a8:59pretty cool attraction. I don't know how9:01this is going to be licensable on the9:03road, but it's gorgeous. Uh, you know,9:07because I see a lot of people activating9:08these jets and blowing away vehicles9:10behind them. So, you know, we'd probably9:13have to have some kind of like vision AI9:16in the back that prevents you from9:18launching this thing when somebody's9:19behind you. I'm sure they could do that.9:21I mean, we could identify vehicles with9:23with cameras now. So, I'm sure there are9:24ways we can make it safe, but they sort9:26of implied that safety wasn't exactly9:28the top priority with this. That getting9:30to 11 out of 10 on the fun scale was the9:33priority. So, it looks amazing. Great9:36car. Again, the first demo 0 to 60 was9:3960 seconds. Uh, and then the next demo9:41that they did, they had a little glitch9:43and nobody put a timer up, but then they9:45later came out and said, "Oh, it was9:46actually 0 81 seconds." You know, I can9:49see all the short sellers are gonna be9:50like, "Man, this is bull crap, man. We9:51were promised an event that we could9:53actually, you know, buy a car and this9:54is supposed to be like an iPhone where9:56it's like, you know, pre-order in a9:57month and then you get it in two9:58months."10:00That's not what's happening here. I10:02actually think that this is really just10:04branding for the merger of Tesla and10:07SpaceX. Uh, I said that on my video on10:11August 14th. You could go fact check me10:13on this. On August 14th, uh, I said10:16twice that I believe that this is an10:19event to market what technology Tesla10:22and SpaceX can accomplish together. And10:25maybe the unironic fact here is that10:27SpaceX needs to raise about $400 billion10:30for their AI initiatives. And just by10:34raising $40 billion with Broadcom and uh10:38Oracle raising another hundred billion10:40in roughly the same week, the market10:42basically tanked. It's too much sucking10:44and they need to raise 10 times as much.10:47So, my actual quotes, and I wrote them10:49down on August 14th, I said, quote, "I10:52actually think this is about a flying uh10:55car, and it is a marketing pitch for how10:59SpaceX and Tesla can ultimately combine11:01their technologies." And one of the11:03first things they said as they came out11:05on stage was, "This is what we could do11:07with a collaboration between Tesla and11:10SpaceX. this Roadster. I don't know if11:12it's really going to be anything more11:14than a I hate to say, but like a test11:15track product, at least for the11:16foreseeable future. Uh it's a marketing11:19pitch for the combination of the two11:20companies, which isn't too terribly11:22surprising given that before this event,11:24we had and it was a really impressive11:26event, but we had rumors start11:28circulating that the merger between11:30Tesla and SpaceX could happen a lot11:32sooner than expected. Uh, I also did say11:35on August 14th, and I'm just I like to11:38say this because sometimes people think11:39I'm not consistent, and I feel like I'm11:40pretty consistent. So, I'm just going to11:42start like factecking myself. August11:4314th, I said, quote, "You're not going11:45to get any kind of jet rocket boosted11:47car for $250,000." And that flies. I11:51maintain that. And I'm not trying to be11:52bearish on it. It's not the goal here at11:54all. The goal is to say this is11:55fantastic technology. This is really11:57cool. And what it does is it actually11:59sells you a vision for how small12:02vehicles can go land on Mars or land on12:05the moon or get us to space and back12:08safely. That's really what this is. It's12:11a test track video or a test track12:14product that is designed to sell us on12:18the future. That's why everything here12:20is back to the future. Uh and I turned12:23bullish on SpaceX at around 132 bucks12:27that uh we've also very well documented.12:29We even bought some more SpaceX. So we12:31owned SpaceX at a $350 billion12:33valuation. Then we went out and bought12:36more uh at about 135ish because we've12:40got a support line at about 132 135. We12:42also, by the way, bought the dip this12:44morning on the NASDAQ 100 when, you12:46know, we made this call that, hey,12:48NASDAQ's likely going to bounce or12:50there's a good chance it bounces at 715.12:51If it does, buy the dip. And that's12:54exactly what happened. It bounced within12:5643 seconds of the 715 line and then we12:58went out and threw six figures and13:00bought the dip. But what is interesting13:02is uh and and you can always get our13:04alerts when we do this or our alpha13:06report over at reinvest one.com. You can13:09also just go to mekevin.com if it's13:10easier for you. We're releasing a uh13:12super intelligence in one terminal13:14platform that comes out later this year13:16and you'll get the alpha membership, the13:18portfolio alerts, the reinvest stocks13:20platform, the homes platform, the13:22research platform, the courses, the live13:25streams, the new modules on Agentic AI.13:28You get all of that in one bundle and13:29you get lifetime access to that if you13:31join before the end of the year, which13:32we're very very excited about releasing13:34this product. So, it comes out at the13:36end of the year. But something that you13:37should look at is the the before this13:40event, Kalshi uh reported that uh or13:44they didn't report the Cali betting13:46market odds actually shot up about a13:49merger right before this. Now there are13:52$1.513:54million13:55that have traded on this. So this is not13:58like a lowflat play here. And what's14:01interesting is you could actually see14:02that the before May 1st 2027 odds shot14:06up from about 40% to currently last14:10updates like what 55ish% something like14:13that. Yeah, 55%.14:15Uh but all of these odds shifted up14:17about 7%. So somebody made a bet here.14:20Maybe they've got some insider14:21information. We don't know. But somebody14:23made a bet on Kshi that there's going to14:25be a merger sooner rather than later.14:28Now, full disclosure, uh we are14:31sponsored. Reinvest my company is14:32sponsored by Kelshi. You if you sign up14:34for Koshi using kshi.comr/mevin,14:38uh you get $25 for free when you sign up14:40and make your first trade. But the point14:42of this is I like seeing what the14:46betting markets are saying because I do14:48believe that people with insider14:49information do end up making these bets14:53and I think they can actually give us a14:55signal for what's happening with uh14:57potentially Tesla and SpaceX. Uh now I15:00have made the argument that Tesla and15:02SpaceX wouldn't end up merging until15:07one of the stocks way outperforms or one15:10way underperforms. In other words, my15:13thesis has been pretty consistent that15:15if we're stable, nothing happens. I kind15:19of still believe that. So my my belief15:22is a stable Tesla and uh SpaceX price15:26means you know it's it's too expensive15:29and too much of a mess for these15:31companies to merge too much dilution of15:33shareholders on one side. So uh I think15:37there are two scenario well three15:39scenarios. So if the stocks are stable I15:42think you delay the merger. Uh, I think15:45that if Tesla stock goes way up, then15:50there could be a merger where where15:52there's some form of acquisition one way15:54or the other. It doesn't really matter.15:57Uh, but then if Tesla ends up getting15:59acquired and it's way up on some kind of16:02squeeze or excitement or whatever,16:04Elon's going to get his stock comp16:06unlocked16:08on the acquisition price. So, say Tesla16:11goes up to $600 and then SpaceX comes in16:15and says, "We're going to pay $800 for16:16it." Elon can unlock stock comp at the16:19acquisition price, not the publicly16:21traded price. That's one strategy for16:24Elon. So, that would be a strategy. I16:26think that's one likely option. The16:28other likely option is that Tesla stock16:31tanks. I'm not saying it's likely that16:33it tanks. I'm just saying the other16:34likely option for an acquisition is16:36Tesla goes down and SpaceX is stable or16:40goes up. So either stable or up. Uh and16:43then it's very inexpensive for SpaceX to16:45buy Tesla. And either way, I think it16:48all goes into SpaceX so that Elon can16:51have control. That's the goal here is16:54for Elon to have control. And given that16:55he owns somewhere around 77% of voting16:57shares at SpaceX, that seems to be quite16:59likely. But I don't think under stable17:02stock prices, it's likely that this17:03acquisition happens. So I'm a little17:05surprised to see those betting markets17:08move in that direction. So again, I want17:10to be clear like I don't know how17:12they're going to pull off getting this17:14into people's production hands. I will I17:16will say this like full width light bar,17:18the Cybert truck styling, cyber cabish17:21styling, I love it. It doesn't look like17:24the Falcon wings close themselves, which17:26is very normal for a sports car. uh17:29especially if it has a removable17:31convertible top. Uh I'm not sure if this17:33does, but usually you remove those extra17:36electronics and motors to reduce the17:37weight of the vehicle so you could17:39actually get the speed and sort to speak17:41the fun of it. Uh there was an17:43expectation that maybe there'd be like a17:44magnetic coaster ramp, but this appears17:47to be just pure sucking, which is very17:49interesting as well. And Elon Elon says17:52that this car really sucks. So that17:55gives us a little bit of color about uh17:58you know what goes into this the 10 just18:01uh 10 uh jet nozzles, the suction, the18:06two modes, the suck mode and the jet18:08mode and the spin mode. Again, I think18:10it's brilliant marketing for the future18:12of how a manufacturing company can18:14actually combine with a jet and rocket18:18company. And that's really the play18:20here. Uh, and so whether you're buying18:22Tesla or you're buying SpaceX,18:24ultimately I think you should know18:25you're really just buying Elon Inc. And18:28you know, Elon, he's the kind of guy,18:31like the way I describe him is the kind18:32of guy that puts a lot of quality irons18:35in the fire and some of them just don't18:37work out and then he cuts those18:39projects. But sometimes they really do18:42hit it out of the park. Uh,18:44self-driving, fantastic. It's the best18:46technology in the world. Starlink, best18:48technology in the world. reusable18:50booster rockets. Everybody's trying to18:52emulate them. Directto cell service,18:55acquiring the 800 megahertz bands to try18:57to get that directto cell service to18:58where they could actually penetrate your19:00windows and walls. Brilliant. You know,19:03is the Roadster potentially going to be19:05a flop to where nobody actually ends up19:08being able to own it because it's going19:09to break your eardrums or it's a test19:10track vehicle only? Maybe. But the cyber19:14cab's freaking awesome. You know, how19:16much how much uh edge training did we do19:18on those? We don't know, right? That's19:20the next catalyst to really figure out19:21is how quickly can we go from edge19:24training on cyber cabs to a new city.19:28And so that's why I want to know as19:30these cyber cabs are getting validated19:31in Florida or Seattle or Houston, how19:34long from start of validation to19:36completion? I like getting to19:38completion.19:39And the faster we get to completion, the19:42better it is for Tesla stock. uh you19:45know we've got so much sucking going on19:47right now with uh with with the market.19:50The other benefit of a combined Tesla19:54and SpaceX is you probably enable19:58easier liquidity for building out what20:01is really intended to make money right20:03now which is uh the artificial20:06intelligence buildout whether it's20:08through you know attracting people to20:09Grock getting people to use Agentic20:12services uh on X. Uh I also think that20:17uh it's not a surprise that they're20:18trying to attract a lot of people to20:19start streaming to the platform because20:21there's a lot of money in social media.20:23We all know that right now. Uh I20:26actually tweeted this morning. You20:28should follow me on X, but I tweeted20:29this this morning at realme Kevin onx20:32right here. Uh breaking X is coming for20:35YouTube. X is now offering $5,000 to20:38post 15 videos on X in 30 days. And so20:41they're offering us $5,000 to do this.20:44Uh I guess I have a community note on it20:47that says X is rolling out a selective20:49kickstart. Well, whatever. I mean, they20:51basically said what I mean, I just took20:52a screenshot of their thing, so I don't20:53I guess they're just community noting20:55that it's selective.20:57Whatever. Sometimes these community20:59noters get a little overzealous, but um21:02but yeah, I mean this is this is Elon.21:05Uh this is his mo is we're going to do21:07everything. Oh, wow. Somebody just21:09placed some more bets on this, huh? This21:10is Elon's MO to uh to do what he thinks21:15the future is. And right now the future21:17is the AI buildout. And so whatever they21:18can do to suck more money out of the21:20markets and build out a micro hard and21:23mini hard and the Terraab, the Terraab's21:25going to be a combination project21:26between SpaceX and Tesla. Let's be real21:28about it. And so you're going to have21:30manufacturing on one side, you'll have21:32jets on the other side. And I ship it.21:35I'm I'm excited about it. and SpaceX21:39what's happening with the chips I'm a21:41fan of uh I know a lot of people are21:45very nervous about the artificial21:46intelligence data center buildout and so21:48I just want to speak to that for a21:49moment something that you need to know21:52about the21:56hardware buildout that's very odd right21:58now uh and I've talked about this in22:00other videos but it's possible that you22:01haven't seen these other videos and you22:02know I know I post a lot of content uh22:05so you know if you ever want, you can22:06just get, we call it the meet Kevin22:08digest. You could literally go to meet22:09kekevin.com/digest22:11and totally for free. You could get our22:13email list and what I do is I send out22:16like, hey, here are just some thesis22:17that maybe you missed, right? And so22:19some people who don't want to download22:20another app, they just want that because22:22they can ingest that into their agent22:24and they're like, oh, by the way, Kevin22:26said this in this video because it gives22:27you a little like breakdown if you want22:29to watch more, it's in this video. So22:30meet Kevin.com/digest. Just make sure22:32you actually like open the link that you22:35get in the email. it might be in spam to22:36confirm your enrollment otherwise you22:38won't get it but that's free. So22:40something that you need to know about22:42hardware uh and this is probably the22:44most important thing and and when when22:46this clicked in my head that's when I22:48bought SpaceX stock. It was around22:50September 11th and I bought more SpaceX22:53stock. As soon as this clicked I'm like22:56holy22:59Wow. It didn't click before it clicks23:01now. Okay. So, I know this is like, you23:05know, I'm going to get all the comments23:06like Kevin's rambling.23:08I think this is probably the most23:10important part. You ready for this? So,23:13an H10023:15right now is going up in value. It's23:20four-year-old technology.23:23Why? Why is it going up in value? It's23:26going up in value because we could take23:27this old technology and we can now run23:30compressed openweight models23:34on these systems.23:37So we can use an openw weight model that23:40gets us 90% of the way to a frontier23:44model like a Fable 1 or an Opus 55 or an23:49Astra. Right? So, we get 90% of the way23:52there on an openweight model that23:55instead of costing us $50 per million23:59output tokens, literally costs us 40.24:03That is a 100x24:06reduction in cost. 100x reduction in24:10cost to get you 90% of the way there.24:14Okay,24:16that24:18needs to be sold via some tool. And so24:22what are these older chips very good at?24:26They have just enough headroom to run24:28bigsized openweight models and they24:31don't need the bleeding edge. So you24:33don't need the Blackwell 200 or the24:36GB300,24:38the Vera Rubin, the combined Nvidia CPU24:40and GPU frontier level stuff. You don't24:43need it. You could literally go back to24:45the H100s, which Elon's got hundreds of24:48thousands of, and these puppies are24:50going up in value because you can now24:53provide openweight models to all the24:55people who don't actually want to run24:57these themselves on their own computers24:59or their own hardware. We run a lot of25:01openweight models, by the way, on our25:03own hardware. you know, we have25:05Blackwell chips, we've got uh GTX 6000s,25:08we've got 5090s, and I mean, we got I we25:11we have many dozens of computers. I25:14wouldn't be surprised if we're at 10025:15yet. I'm not sure if we're at 100 yet,25:17but we got many dozens of computers, and25:18and we use openweight models because we25:21could fit them on these and we could get25:22done what we need to get done at a25:24fraction of the cost of paying somebody25:25else to do it. The H100s would let you25:27put an even bigger model on and get, you25:30know, 90% of the way to the frontier.25:32Uh, and so this is how you're actually25:34increasing the value of chips that25:36should be depreciating. Michael Bur25:40should be correct. Okay, this is like so25:43you know my pee pee uh my pee pee was25:47registered in an LLC that was called Not25:50My Tesla. By the way, you could look it25:52up. Not my Tesla. Go look it up.25:56Although you could also just trust me.25:58But it was registered in an LLC called26:00Not My Tesla and the uh tail number was26:04uh N69er26:06for Papa. But the reason I bring this up26:09is because, you know, I bought this26:10aircraft for $12.9 million. Used the26:13crap out of it for like 800 hours of26:15flight time. And then I'm like, I don't26:17need this bird anymore. And I'm a little26:18sick and tired of flying. And it's26:20really expensive on a monthly basis. You26:21know, it's like $200,000 a month to have26:24this damn thing. Uh, so I sold it. Can't26:28make it up for $12969.26:31Okay. Why does that make sense? The only26:34reason it makes sense is because there's26:35a massive supply crunch for these26:38aircraft. Uh, the Phenom 300E became uh,26:42one of the top rated business jets and26:45uh, NetJets is buying everyone they can26:47get their hands on and as a result the26:49value of these have gone up because26:50Embra Air the manufacturer can't make26:52enough of them. It's a fantastic26:54aircraft by the way and being single26:56pilot rated in it is an honor. Uh but26:59anyway, this is basically the same thing27:02that's happening with chips. Like these27:04things should be depreciating. The27:06aircraft after 3 years and and 800 hours27:10should be going down in value. Why did27:13it go up in value? That doesn't make27:16sense. Because more people are using27:18them. The jet charter companies are27:20demanding them more. and the value went27:22up because the supply is constrained.27:23It's the same damn thing with the chips.27:25So now the H100s are going up in value27:29because you're able to get more value27:32out of them. So in a weird way as time27:35goes on and the open weight models get27:37better. Yes, Anthropic and and GPT get27:41hurt by that. Their valuation could come27:43down. You know, we just saw that uh27:45Anthropics valuation might be getting27:47cut 25% from $2 trillion to $1.527:49trillion. But what you get in exchange27:53is the hardware actually has a longer27:55life than you previously anticipated27:57because the value is actually going up27:58and it's not depreciating yet. It's28:01appreciating. It's not supposed to be28:04that way. But when that clicked, I28:08bought SpaceX. And I know, you know, I28:12it's like the people who don't watch the28:13video, but Kevin, you said $68.28:18You're right. I said I would buy more at28:21$68. And I said that I believe it would28:24drop 30% after the IPO. And guess what?28:27From IPO price, it dropped 35 or 31ish%28:31down to about 104, right? And I didn't28:34buy at 104 because I'm like, I'm going28:37to buy at $68 or whatever it is. if it28:39goes there, if it doesn't go there, I28:40won't buy it.28:43So, that was the call with me. And then28:46in early September, I'm like, "Oh my28:48god, this is what's happening with open28:51weights. Who benefits from this? Oh my28:54god, SpaceX does." And so, we redid our28:58underwriting and we're like, "No,29:02this is worth more." And so, we bought29:04it. We did that whole analysis and the29:07whole explanation, the whole breakdown29:09in our membership that we do, you know,29:12we we do our course member live stream29:13every morning. Just go to meet kekev.com29:15or reinvest one.com, whatever you want.29:16You buy pay once and you're in it for29:18life. So, you want to come back in 429:20years and see another analysis. We do29:21that or you can be there every day.29:22Whatever you want. If you like that29:24video, check this one out.
