0:00explain gaslighting a little more what0:01does that look like gaslighting looks0:03like literally like I said when somebody0:06kind of denies your reality so you might0:09say something like I feel really sad0:13that you said that to me and they'd say0:14something like you have no right to say0:16that you have no right to feel that way0:19or they'll say something you'll have an0:21argument with them and they will have0:24said something terrible to you a couple0:25of days before and you'll say listen0:27when you said and they'll say I never0:28said that and so it's literally like0:31they deny your reality and when somebody0:33says I never said that most normal0:36people tend to question0:38themselves and so in fact I always say0:40one of the ringers that you're in a0:43relationship with a narcissist who's0:45gaslighting you is you start feeling the0:47need to voice record your conversations0:50with them so you can play it back to0:52them I always say once you feel like you0:53need voice memos in a relationship it0:55may be time to get out okay
