Transcript of Apple JUST Suffered a "NATIONWIDE" Failure.
Meet Kevin
0:00Little piggy, little piggy. Apple, you0:03are not to be trusted as a business0:05owner. PSA to anyone out there running a0:10small business, do not trust Apple. Let0:15me make this really clear how this0:17works. When you run a business and you0:20buy products from Apple for your0:22employees or your team, you end up0:25getting hooked up with what's called an0:26Apple business manager. And the goal is0:30these business managers try to give you0:32white glove service to help you place0:34orders for what you need. And basically,0:37you just got a phone number for somebody0:39who can call who can make sure that your0:41mobile device management is set up or0:43that your products are ordered the way0:45you want them to be ordered. Well, the0:49Apple business team reached out to my0:51small business and then apparently just0:53had a catastrophic nationwide failure0:57and all we get is a sorry, we're done1:00effed up. But don't worry, bro.1:04We can't do anything for you.1:07So, PSA to all business owners, if you1:10want something done right, do it1:12yourself. which should have honestly1:14just been a business lesson 101, but1:17Apple just made me lose every last bit1:20of respect for their local business1:22teams. And I really don't care who's at1:25fault because it all ends with Apple.1:29So, here's what's going on and how you1:31can avoid falling into this pitfall in1:33the future. If Apple ever reaches out to1:36you and says, "Dear business owner,1:39we're part of your local Apple store. We1:41can offer to pre-order whatever devices1:45you want and submit your order for a new1:47product like the iPhone Duo right at1:515:00 a.m. for you because we have a1:54system that submits the order for you.1:56Hang up. Run away. Give them the finger.2:00Buy it yourself. Do not trust Apple.2:04Let's show you how this works. On2:07Monday, I got phone calls and emails2:09from Jodie, who is a wonderful person.2:12She's great. I don't blame her. And I2:14generally think that the staff at uh2:16Apple the Oaks is not to blame for this.2:18But they reached out and said, "Hey, we2:21have a system where we can order your2:23stuff right now. We could link it to2:25your business. We could submit it2:27through the media program that you guys2:29are a part of, and it's going to go2:31through at 5 a.m. on pre-order day,2:35Friday morning. And I said, "I'm up at2:385:00 a.m. anyway. It's not a big deal2:41for me to wake up and place the order2:44myself." No, no, no. Link it through2:46your business. Oh, we'll be able to do2:48this for you. You know, it's better.2:50Order through the business team. Don't2:52fall for it. They're like sirens or suck2:56you buy that are trying to suck you into2:59the business platform to direct sales3:02away from apple.com to the local stores.3:05But when the local stores don't properly3:07talk to the nationwide system, guess who3:09gets left holding the bag? You, sir.3:12You, ma'am, get left holding the bag.3:14So, here is this quote. I received this3:17quote on October 12th. You could3:19literally see this is an Apple quote. I3:21pulled this email up. This is the oaks3:22business@apple.com. They quoted me on3:25Monday and I'm like, great. So, I3:27already agreed to pay uh we agreed to3:30shipment. We agreed to payment. We3:32ordered. We did everything for the order3:355 days ago. And I'm like, "All right, I3:39I I guess we we don't have to do3:41anything anymore. We're done. They're3:42going to submit the order at 5:00 a.m.3:44lies." They actually submitted the order3:48at 8:34 a.m. 3 and 12 hours late is when3:54they submitted the order. Now, they3:56said, "Don't worry, Kevin. If you don't3:59see an email right at 5:00, we'll4:02manually send you the receipt later. So,4:04I thought, "Oh, okay. Yeah, this is4:06normal." No, that was just the second4:08lie. So, lie number one was, "We'll get4:11you order in your we'll get your order4:12in at 5:00 a.m." Lie number one. Second4:15order, don't worry if you don't get an4:17email. That was either either a lie or4:19just a massive mistake also. So, thanks,4:22Apple. Now, I want to be clear. I'm not4:24saying, "Oh, I should be ahead of4:27anybody else who woke up at 5:00 a.m."4:29I'm saying I was told that I would be in4:33line with everybody else at 5:00 a.m.,4:36even though I'm awake and I could have4:37submitted the order myself. and I was4:39promised by Apple that this order would4:42be submitted at 5:00 a.m. And then I get4:45a phone call because obviously after I4:47saw this email and the suggestion that4:50we are actually at the back of the line4:52and we're not going to be seeing these4:54phones until after my birthday, January4:5829th, uh is the date that they gave us.5:01I have a screenshot of that right here.5:03Basically got the end of this. Mind you,5:06I've been making videos on this and I've5:08been talking about how I think this5:10phone is going to sell out. I actually5:12bought Apple stock on duo day because5:14I'm like, "This is going to sell out.5:16It's going to sell out deep into Q127.5:19Like, you got to be fast on this. You5:21got to buy this." And so I thought, "Oh,5:24we've got this business team. It'll help5:26them out and it'll help us out. I don't5:28really care because it would have taken5:29five minutes to order it myself. But I5:31thought, hey, out of respect for the5:33business team that historically has been5:34really nice to us, why don't we just5:36place the order through them so they can5:38get credit for it. That was my goal. I'm5:40not trying to skip anybody in line. The5:42goal was, hey, help out the local Apple5:45team so they can get, you know, another5:46sale or whatever. I don't know if they5:47get commission on it or whatever. So5:49then I get a phone call because I5:52emailed them. I'm like, what the h5:53double hockey sticks? And so I get uh a5:56phone call from Jod, which again Jod's5:59wonderful from the Oaks team, but I get6:01a phone call. You can see it there,6:029:17. And they tell me Apple had a6:06nationwide business failure. There were6:10apparent, and this just sounds like bull6:12crap marketing by Apple, but basically6:14like, oh guys, the whole system just6:17malfunctioned. Maybe there were just too6:19many orders. Oh, we couldn't actually6:22submit all of the business orders. So6:24basically every single business team6:26that wanted to order these got delayed.6:28Here's somebody else on X. I found I6:31trusted Apple business team to take care6:33of the process. RIP. So PSA to business6:37owners and then we'll talk a little bit6:38about the stock. PSA to business owners,6:41never ever ever trust the Apple business6:44team. They are going to screw you if you6:48actually trust them. I'm very frustrated6:51and I think rightfully so because I6:53would have gladly ordered it myself. I6:56should have honestly just duplicate6:57ordered. I should have ordered myself7:00because I had the suspicion they would7:01have screwed it up and I didn't listen7:03to my own gut. And so, dear Apple and7:06the executive staff at Apple, you guys7:09suck.7:11That's it. Hands down. You suck. Now,7:15it's probably really good for sales for7:19this device. I just think it's messed up7:22when you promise one thing and then you7:24screw up this badly. So, I hope people7:27sell your stock. But I hope people sell7:29your stock because I secretly want to7:31buy Apple stock. It's actually not a7:32secret. I've been very blunt about this.7:34I own Apple stock. I want to buy more7:36Apple stock. I think it is a $500 stock.7:40I think this Apple duo is going to sell7:42out. I think Mac minis and Mac Studios7:45are going to sell out for AI, but that's7:47for running your own models. I actually7:49also think that laptops are going to7:52start selling out to run agents. Cheaper7:55Apple computers will sell out to run7:57agents because you don't need that much8:01RAM to run an agent that's running8:03through a cloud system. So, I think8:05there are massive opportunities for the8:07company and the stock. This is just a8:08PSA to business owners. Don't trust8:12somebody else. You must, if you want it8:15done right, do it yourself. If you like8:17that video, check this one out. I think8:20you're going to love it.8:21>> Why not advertise these things that you8:22told us here? I feel like nobody else8:24knows about this.8:24>> We'll we'll try a little advertising and8:26see how it goes.8:27>> Congratulations, man. You have done so8:28much. People love you. People look up to8:30you.8:30>> Kevin Papra there, financial analyst and8:32YouTuber. Meet Kevin. Always great to8:34get your take.
