0:10hey guys my name is khan and you are0:12watching trading hub in this video i am0:14going to show you exactly which order0:17block actually work and which order0:19block is not work0:20so this video is a very important i'm0:22not talking about the general order0:24block i'm talking about the high0:25probability and order block and how we0:28can identify them once market breaks the0:30structure then you can see multiple0:32order block then most of the traders0:34confuse which order block you should use0:36for the buy and sell0:38so i will explain you all about these0:41things in a details that which order0:44block actually work and which is high0:46probability and which is a low0:47probability right so i will show you0:50everything in a details step by step so0:53right now you can see here these are0:56three position which is a first is nine0:58hour second 11 hour and third five hour1:01which is almost 25 our trades which is i1:04took based on the auto block and1:06liquidity and some other concept but1:08main thing is a order block and how we1:10can identify them and these are live1:13trade which is running in a profit1:15so i will show you some interesting1:18thing that how you can identify which is1:21actually work or which is not let me1:23switch into the chart so in this picture1:27you can see there are three picture1:29different different types of order block1:31so most of the traders confuse when1:34market capa1:36break off structure for example market1:39as a bearish something like this okay1:41then what happened after this1:44most of the traders looking for the cell1:46correct1:47so in this first case which is our high1:51probability order block okay and you can1:54see last buying candle before the sale1:56is our auto block and this is a general1:59theory about the order block2:01when market is a bearish2:03then2:04looking for the last buying candle2:06before the cell which is actually give a2:08momentum for the downside so in this2:11case you can see this is not a last2:14buying candle before the sun2:16correct so where is our high probability2:19zone where is our high probability order2:21block for the cell some people mark this2:24as a order block and they trying to sell2:26here2:27okay and they put the stop loss just2:29above it and looking for the sell then2:32what happened market push higher give2:36you some little bit reaction and then2:37push higher and then2:39push or downside after hit the stop loss2:42now let's switch on to the extreme point2:45and now you can see where is our other2:47block and most of the2:50traders2:52mark this order block is here why2:54because this is a last buying candle2:56before the cell move and they mark this2:58as a order block for the cell but they3:01don't mark3:02the entire order block is here but in3:04reality this blue candle is not3:07autoblock your order block is here3:10this is a last3:11buying candle because this candle taken3:14out the previous high3:16like this okay3:18so in this case you can see market3:21taking out the previous high and this3:24become our3:25order block and this is our high3:28probability order block for the cell and3:30at this point we can sell here and put3:32the stop loss just above it3:34if you are trying to mark this order3:36block and then you are trying to putting3:39this stop loss just above this this is a3:41blue line okay3:43then most of the time what happened3:45market push higher and just sweep the3:47stop loss and then push downside correct3:50so correct order block is here3:53okay in this case this is a not high3:56probability order block this is a3:58you can say smart money trap also4:01because4:02new4:03smart meditators looking here for the4:05cell4:06okay so this is our first scenario in4:09the bearish market4:11now let's switch into the another4:13diagram this one is here4:15so where is our high probability order4:18block in this case4:20okay and same thing happen here market4:22break the structure so first is where is4:25the last buying candle before the cell4:28okay4:29so this one is a first last buying4:32candle before the cell so this order4:34block is high probability or not4:36okay think about it4:38this is actually high probability order4:41block why because it's took out the4:43previous candles high4:45and before4:47become a high probability order block4:48order block must be taken out the4:50previous high or low4:52to confirm the proper order block so in4:55this case you can see market taken out4:57the previous high candle and then close5:01below it and this is a last buying5:03candle before the sun so we can sell5:06here also this is the first area of5:08interest when we can take for the take a5:10sell entry and the next entry on the5:13extreme point which is here5:17okay5:17and in this case you can see same thing5:20happen here5:21market taken out the previous high and5:24close below it and this candle become5:27our last buying candle before the cell5:30and you can see this is our high5:33probability order block so this two5:35order block is a high probability5:37and one more thing5:39in a order block you have to remember5:41three things first thing market5:44must be5:45taking out the previous swing high or5:47low candle okay then become a high5:50probability order block5:52and second thing market must be5:55imbalance5:56okay if imbalance is a a proper5:59imbalance is here then this is a high6:02probability if imbalance is not6:04available here then this is already6:06mitigated then there is no use for this6:08okay6:09so these are6:11all clean perish order block right6:15and on the third form you can see here6:19if you are mark here this is auto block6:22as i mentioned here this is not6:26proper auto block same thing is here6:28correct6:29and then where is our order block6:32is here6:33why because this candle took out the6:36previous candle high and this6:38looks a similar6:40correct so this become our high6:42probability zone for the cell and some6:45people mark this blue box this is not6:48auto block and that was the main reason6:51then most of the time your entry did not6:54type here before the cell and sometimes6:56what happen mark it push higher6:59okay and tap this zone7:02and then push downside but you are still7:04waiting for the cell here and then you7:06miss the good trade7:08right7:09so7:10this order block is not valid this7:14candle is a valid and that's why this is7:17our main order block correct7:20now little bit uh7:22down you can see there is another7:25bullish candle before the cell7:27so we can mark this as an order block7:30this is a correct or not7:32absolutely not why because it took did7:35not take any liquidity from the previous7:38high and second thing there is no7:40imbalance correct that's why this is a7:44and that's why this is an invalid order7:46block if imbalance is available here7:50then7:51also this is also invalid why because it7:55did not take any previous candles high7:58right so this one is not a valid order8:01block right here which is it8:04correct so this one is not a valid order8:08block8:10okay so these are scenario in a various8:14market and same thing apply in a bullish8:16market you have to understand two three8:18things only first thing8:20market must be taken out the previous8:23high or low i'm talking about the8:25candlestick okay8:27and second thing8:29candlestick color is not matter8:31okay8:33in this point you can see8:35last buying candle if you are trying to8:38catch this move okay8:41then8:42most of the traders mark this is a blue8:45candle as a bearish order block but this8:47is not as i told you8:50this become our high probability of the8:52block is here because it's took out the8:54previous candle high and this is a last8:56buying candle actually8:59which took out the previous candle high9:01and then pushed on side okay so we will9:03mark this as a high probability of the9:05block9:06correct so this is a scenario in a9:10bearish order block terms and same thing9:12apply in a polish market now let me show9:14you exactly what happening on the live9:17chart so as you can see here market was9:20bullish and then what happened market9:22take a reversal and break the structure9:25and after break this structure what we9:28are expecting we are expecting for this9:30cell because market turn bullish to9:33embarrass so in this case you can see9:36this is our9:38main law is here9:40and why i did not mark this because this9:43is a equal low which is act like a9:46liquidity that's why i did not mention9:48here9:49so this is a liquidity point and then9:52market break the structure so main thing9:55is to identify the order block correct9:58so market break the structure then we10:00are looking for the cell after break10:03this structure you can see we have a10:05multiple order block is here10:08okay10:09first order block is here and the second10:12order block10:13is here10:15and third order block is here10:17okay and fourth order block is here10:20so in this case you can see10:23these are four order blocks and most of10:27the traders get confused here which10:29order block they should use for the buy10:31and sell okay10:33so in this case which order block you10:35should use most of the traders use10:38aggressive autoblock because it10:41break the structure okay10:43and some patients trader use fibonacci10:46tool to identify premium and discount10:50price okay10:51and some people10:52sell on the extreme okay so in this case10:56you can see market did not10:59react here not here and not here and11:01here and mark it react only this order11:05block why this autoblock is work what is11:07the reason behind it let me show you11:09exactly what is the main reason to work11:12this order block because11:14between the four order block11:17only one order block is working what is11:20the reason okay11:22look at the left side11:25if i mark here11:27on the top11:28uh i will start from here11:31as i mentioned in our starting that11:34other block must be taken out the high11:36or low to become a high probability of11:38the block so you can see market did not11:42taken out the any high which is actual11:44high is here market had not taken out11:46any high then what happened11:49this auto block create and this is a low11:51probability auto block there is a no11:52value without liquidity correct and same11:55thing happen here11:57market11:58taking out the previous12:00liquidity but market did not create12:04imbalance and this one is already filled12:07by this big okay so there is no value12:10also12:12now switch on this order block you can12:15see mark it completely sweep this12:18liquidity correct and after sweep this12:21liquidity there is a proper imbalance12:24and sweep the order block12:26sorry sweep the previous high and now12:28you can see proper valid setup for the12:31cell12:32and12:33on this extreme point you can see12:36our recent high is here candle here okay12:40in this case you can see market did not12:42sweep this high but generally market12:44create bullish candle and before the12:46sale but this is not high priority price12:49must be taken out the liquidity before12:51the cell that's why this is a useless12:54foreign okay12:56that so in this four order block12:59this order block is high probability why13:02because it stick or the liquidity13:04correct so now you can see after break13:07this structure13:09you have to focus on the liquidity13:13that's why i mentioned in every topic in13:15every video liquidity liquidity is a13:18main thing in a smart money concept13:21once you identify13:23trend and then identify the liquidity13:26then you will get high probability setup13:29because correct13:30structure and liquidity equal to high13:33probability setup13:34so in this case same thing happen here13:37market break the structure13:39and then what happened this is a smart13:41money trap this one is also smart money13:44and some people miss this entry but move13:48actual happen here you can see why this13:51happened because market need liquidity13:53before the downside so in this case this13:56order block taken out the previous high13:58and this order block become our high14:01probability of the block for the cell14:04like this14:10just below it right14:11so you can get 18r14:14okay14:15and this is a not14:17applicable here this thing applicable on14:19the every point most of the time okay14:23not 100 but most of the time14:26you can see here14:31this order block is here even this is a14:33single move but you can see market taken14:36out this previous candle high14:39okay and there is a proper imbalance14:42correct then you can see how market14:45react here14:47okay14:47every time14:49once market broke the structure and14:51create14:52a order block then you have to wait for14:55the liquidity sweep order block okay so14:58in this case liquidity sweep and then15:00close flow it and then create order15:02block and this act like inducement and15:04push downside these are equal low15:06correct15:07and same thing happen here15:11you can see15:13market break the structure is here this15:16is a minor structure correct these are15:19minor structure then what happened15:23market taken out this liquidity is here15:27and15:28this become our new order block15:31okay and then market push downside15:35so these things apply in every time15:38frame in every uh like both direction15:42like polish and paris okay15:45if there is no liquidity sleep then very15:47highly chances your order block or fail15:51like here you can see this is a proper15:53order block and some people mark this as15:55an order block but why it's not what15:58because market did not sweep the16:00liquidity16:01press must be sweep the liquidity to16:04confirm and valid a high probability16:07order block so this is a scenario for16:09scenario let me explain you one more16:11example to you then you can understand16:13more clearly16:14this is a bullish market as you can see16:17market pushing upside creating higher16:20high i'm not talking about the entry16:23tabs i'm just talking about the order16:25block to identify the order block that16:27which is high probability order block16:29correct16:30so you can see in this bullish market16:34look at this point16:37here16:38mark it break this structure and create16:41new high and after break this structure16:44what we are expecting we expecting press16:47or higher to tap the auto block so after16:50break this structure where is our order16:52block16:53first order block is here16:55okay and some aggressive traders looking16:58for buy here but in this order block17:01there is no liquidity ship that's why17:03this is our useless for you17:06okay why because price must be taken out17:10the high or low in this case there is17:12nothing taking out the low before they17:14go higher correct so this is not17:17usable for you17:19okay now let's switch into the on a17:22little bit downside so this one is a17:25another order block17:26and17:28below this we can see there is one more17:31order block is here okay17:33so you can see on this point you can see17:36liquidity market taking out this17:38liquidity and this one is also17:41taking out the previous law here17:44okay if you can see here17:47at this point17:48market taken out the liquidity17:50and same thing apply here17:53market taking out the liquidity so which17:56order block you should use17:59in this case you have to use the extreme18:02if same thing apply in a between of this18:05move18:06uh for example here18:08if market taken out the liquidity is18:10here18:11and18:12this is unmitigated then you have to18:14wait for the mitigation on the extreme18:17if there is already mitigated here then18:20you can choose this auto block for the18:22buyer correct18:23these things are you can see in a real18:26case okay18:27so you have to choose extreme in this18:29case when you can see multiple sweep the18:32liquidity then you have to choose18:34extreme correct18:36and if extreme is already medicated then18:39you can use18:40for the buy correct and then what happen18:43you can see exactly18:46market break the structure18:48okay18:49and then18:50you can see this order block is work why18:53this one work because it stick or the18:55previous candle low is here correct18:58so this order block is working here and19:02same thing apply here mark it again19:04break the structure upside19:06and19:07this order block is also working here19:10and19:11this become our also liquid you see19:15correct19:16and same thing apply here19:19at this point mark it again break the19:21structure i'm just19:23showing you exactly19:25that how auto block actually work and19:27how we can identify the correct order19:29block i'm not talking about the19:31structure just i'm not talking about the19:33entry tabs okay19:35so you can see at this point19:38this order block is also work why19:40because it's i have a proper imbalance19:43and this one is also taking out the19:45previous law is here correct19:47so that's why this order block is high19:50probability order block market give19:52action and push higher19:55and in this case you can see market19:58again break the structure is here okay20:01and then what happened20:03you can see market taken or this minor20:06structure is here20:08okay if you can see here20:10correct so after taking out this low20:13previous candle low this20:15order block become our high probability20:17order block for the buy correct20:20and this20:21here we can buy20:23so same thing apply on every point20:27and20:28in a both direction in a polish market20:31in a bearish market okay20:33and after break this structure here we20:36can see20:38okay20:39this one is our20:41zone because it took out the previous20:44candle low is here20:46okay20:47and why i did not choose this one20:50because it did not taken out the any20:53law okay and some people mark this as an20:55order block and they are still waiting20:57for the mitigation and they miss the20:59trade but actual move happen here21:01because market taking out this liquidity21:03is here and push higher and then came21:05back downside and mitigate this zone and21:08push higher these are all21:11very very advanced thing i know some21:14people are21:19i know it's take a lot of time to21:20understand this thing but this video is21:23a really important and really powerful21:25to you and21:26this video can open your mind and open21:28your eyes that how we can identify the21:31where is the high probability order21:33block for the buy and sell correct so i21:37hope you understand lot of new thing in21:39this video and21:40please like and share and subscribe the21:43channel if you are new and21:45if you are thinking that this video can21:47help you then you can we share this21:50video in your friend circa and see you21:53later in the next video and thank you so21:55much guys watching this video
